Dear Erik,

I love Laurie Anderson. Used to go and see her all the time. Even went to see her uninspired disciples in the hope that someone would do something remotely interesting. One twit tried to hand himself with his belt on stage. Another tied himself in a plastic garbage bag filled with ground glass (a la Iggy Pop). None of them holding up a match to Anderson's 50 megawatt search-light.
