It's Pumpkin Time!

We went to the pumpkin patch yesterday. Pumpkin risotto, pumpkin soup, pumpkin seeds (fried with the pulp, Worchester Sauce, and butter. Add freshly ground pepper and enjoy), pumpkin panna cotta with a candied acorn crust, pumpkin...???... This season, like last year's successful foray into the world of winter squashes, I am going to focus on the pumpkin. I will post things sporadically, as per usual.
