Q: Why is Erik smiling?
A: Chocolate Covered Banana Chips. Available at Trader Joe's. Yum. Yum. Yum. They are like miniature banana splits without the ice cream or mess.

We are in St. Margaret Mary's Parish, one of the few families at SMM who actually live in the parish boundaries. When you say St. Joseph's, are you referring to St. Joseph the Worker in Berkeley or even further up I-80?

Stuff it with chocolate square or chips and marshmallows. Wrap tightly in aluminum foil. Place on coals of a campfire (preferred) or barbecue for about 10 minutes a side.
Carefully remove, open the foil, and eat with a spoon.

BTW, what parish are you in? I'm in St. Joseph's, just up the I-80 corridor.
