Perhaps these jokers should be made to pay up the sums they are so eager to give away.

Lucky you--I keep getting plaintive e-mails from Dr. Gideon Awele, late of Uganda. Since he doesn't say that his program is a registered and legitimate and free program, caution should be my watchword.
