Eat:

1. Antipasti of goat cheese with finely chopped green garlic tops, salami, and olives
2. Green garlic soup
3. Balsamico pasta with fresh peas and pancetta
4. Roasted fennel and leeks
5. Roasted leg of lamb with a mustard-herb crust
6. Spring green salad with toasted pine nuts
7. Colomba, fresh strawberries and creme chantilly
8. Espresso

Accompany it all with good wine and finish with homemade limoncello.
