Obviously posts like that last one should tell you that I am still too swamped for anything of substance, like that bullfight report. And with Dante tonight, it looks like we must wait for tomorrow.

Her commentary on offal and on bread are worthwhile, but I am seriously concerned about some one who does not appreciate the difference between soured milk (pre Pasteurization/no refrigeration) and spoiled milk (what happens to pasteurized milk that sits in the fridge for too long). You might also have some comments to make on her overly simple description of baking powder, too. Of course, you probably don't have the time to say anything given that you are working harder than ever as a self-employed person...
