San Fermin Menu

Oh yeah, here is my menu for San Fermin:

Tapas:

1. Anchovie stuffed olives
2. Spanish chorizo
3. Queso Manchego with membrillo

Sopa:

4. Gazpacho

Carne:

5. Linguiça
6. Chourico
7. Boef Gardienne de la Comargue
8. Basque marinated steak
9. Bifanas (Portuguese marinated pork)
10. Carnitas con guacamole y tortillas

Dishes that were on the menu but got nixed:

11. Papas bravas
12. Tortilla español

Main Course:

13. Paella

Postres:

14. Cheesecake.
15. Fresh fruit

Dessert that was on the menu but no one remembered to take it out:

16. Pan de higo.
